*February is here, laugh or cry*
Err, I was again on a petit-hiatus.
Be that as it may, there's a huge gap between busy times and deadly-slow times . . . what a kickin' job I have. Really.
Oh, did you hear that?
My showcase!!!
(Is it called 'showcase' in Japanese too?)
That's my debut live concert/party!----.
Though normally a showcase is supposed to be held before or after the debut, mine has been put off due to some problems last year. With some twists and turns, thus and so blah-blah-blah, we finally decided to do it on the 23rd this month! Invitation cards for the industry people, with a little delay. Well actually it's more like a challenge than an invitation!
Gwahahahah!!
Phew.
So here I am, preparing for it, and having been making a new song since last month. I wonder why my making a new song and preparing for concert always coincide with each other . . . I thought I would go crazy early last year . . . That's why I get ultra-busy . . . Dumb me . . . This is like taking sauna and cold-water bath one after the other, I think this my lifestyle would be absolutely bad for health!! I might be saying stuff like "it's boring" though, if every day would come up the same.
"We act as though comforts and luxury were the chief requirements in life, when all that we need to make us really happy is something to be enthusiastic about."
. . . That's like what Einstein said(sorry I translated it in Japanese myself), and I think he's quite right!
It's not just a matter of work-related thing - it makes difference if we have something we're interested in and eager to do, no matter if it is work or hobby. It depends on each individual whether it is better that "something" is work-related, or just a hobby which we can feel free to explore as we like.
Oh yes!
Say, I'm gonna invite a couple of fans to my showcase also from Japan! Come on you the Brave, who can come all the way down to New York! (Travel expenses included! Woot for generous Universal!)
Aaaaaghhhh I'm stuck, I haven't wrapped up this song but I don't wanna listen to it any moooorrree.
Oh dang, holy crap . . .
. . . This always happens to me . . . I'm gonna dangle my new iPod Shuffle from my neck, for a change . . .
See ya!
